1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your free trial and paid subscription to Bolanto Soft Organic System ("the Service"). By creating an account you confirm that you are authorized to bind your company and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Free trial
The trial gives temporary access to evaluate the Service. Trial features, duration, and limits may change. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan and confirmed payment.
3. Subscription and payment
After the trial, fees follow the plan and billing period you selected. Payments are completed through the supported payment method (currently InstaPay transfer with manual verification). Access may be suspended if payment is not confirmed.
4. Company data and privacy
Each subscriber works in an isolated company database. Your operational records are not shared with other subscribers. You are responsible for user access inside your company and for keeping login credentials secure.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful organic / certification / agribusiness operations. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, misuse AI or reporting features, or upload unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
Bolanto Soft retains all rights to the software, branding, documentation, and platform content. Your company retains ownership of the business data you enter into your tenant database.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bolanto Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or payment changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions contact support through the channels published on bolantosoft.org.
